We’ve been using these demonstrations in our Inventucation Centers (TM) and have found them to be invaluable when teaching on the physical sciences. Our students understand quickly and enthusiastically. This collection is the “Rembrandt” of science demonstrations. Capturing the core of science concepts in concise, understandable and replayable movies, the demonstrations reduce the time needed for students to grasp the concept. This makes more time for in depth classroom discussion that builds on the concept. Many of these demonstrations would be too costly, dangerous or time consuming to practically complete in a classroom setting. Outside of the classroom, the DVDs make an excellent research tool for both our students and our teachers. We are very pleased to have this as a resource to young discoverers in our Inventucation Centers (TM).
